This policy explains what information the IT Lobby Driver app for iOS and Android collects from the delivery drivers who use it, how that information is used and protected, and who can see it.
Who we are
IT LOBBY operates the IT Lobby Driver app for the drivers of delivery companies that deliver IT LOBBY orders. The app is a work tool: only drivers whose delivery company has given them an account can sign in.
Your driver account
Your delivery company creates your account. We store your full name, username, mobile number, vehicle type and plate number, your driver role and the company you work for. Your password is stored only as a secure hash, and you can change it in the app at any time.
When you sign in we store the device name and platform (iOS or Android) with your session, so you and your company can recognise where you are signed in. Your sign-in token is kept in your phone's secure storage and removed when you sign out.
Camera and photos
The app uses the camera for two things only: to photograph an order when you pick it up, as proof of pickup, and to scan the QR code on the customer's invoice when you deliver. Pickup photos are uploaded and stored with that order. QR scans are read on your phone and the image is not kept. The app never records audio.
Delivery records
The app records the work you do: orders you pick up, drop at a warehouse or deliver, the time of each step, delivery notes, and amounts you collect, so you and your company can see your history and balance.
Location
The app does not access your phone's location. Map pins come from the customer's delivery address, and navigation opens in the maps app you choose.
Customer information you can see
To deliver an order, the app shows you the customer's name, phone number and delivery address. Use this information only to complete that delivery. It disappears from your list when the order is no longer assigned to you.
Security information
Our servers use the IP address of each request to limit repeated sign-in attempts and to protect your account from abuse.
Who can see your information
Your delivery company sees your profile, your deliveries, pickup photos and your balance. IT LOBBY staff see the same information for the orders you handle, to support customers and settle accounts with your company. We never sell your information and the app contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking.
How long we keep it
Your account information is kept while your delivery company keeps your account active. Delivery records and pickup photos are kept for as long as accounting, dispute and legal obligations require, including after your account is removed.
Removing your account
Ask your delivery company to deactivate or delete your account, or email info@itlobby.co from your company and we will remove it within 30 days. Delivery records are kept as described above, without your profile details where possible.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS, and every request is checked against your signed-in session.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
